Community Transport

Community Transport is transport which is run by Community Groups, Voluntary Organisations or Social Enterprises. It is often beneficial to people who are unable to access public transport due to a rural location or disabilities.

    Voluntary or Community Car Schemes are one of the most flexible forms of community transport and make a significant contribution to the movement of mainly elderly residents in rural locations across Lincolnshire.

  • Wheels to Work

    The county wide Wheels to Work programme has been running since May 2010 to help those who are most rurally isolated access work and training.
