If you are pregnant and under 18 years old you can get vouchers to use at local shops and supermarkets to exchange for free milk, as well as fresh or frozen fruit and vegetables.
You will also get coupons that you can swop for free vitamins to ensure that you and your baby get all the nutrients you need.
Healthy Start is a government scheme to improve the health of pregnant women and families on benefits or low incomes.
Claim forms are available from your Midwife or Health Visitor or can be downloaded from www.healthystart.nhs.uk
Once you have filled in the form your Midwife or Health Visitor needs to sign it before you send it off.
