Financial Support for Learning
Care to Learn
If you are a young parent under 20 who would like to start or continue learning, Care to Learn will pay childcare and reimburse student related travel costs. The maximum amount that can be claimed is £160 a week (£175 in London).
Childcare payments are made direct to your childcare provider which must be Ofsted registered. If childcare is provided by a relative then they must live in a separate household and be providing care for other children too.
