Choked Up
A creative new tobacco education resource has been launched in Lincolnshire; ‘Choked Up’ is an interactive DVD featuring a short film and a series of activities led by the on screen presenter which explore the themes that have been identified.
The film follows the story of Josh, his family and friends as they each face the consequences smoking and the impact it has on their lives.
Commissioned by the City of Lincoln Tobacco Control Board the DVD was developed by local company Zest Creative Arts and the Lincolnshire School Improvement Service, with the Lincoln based Neon Youth Theatre. The resource will be distributed to secondary schools, youth centres and youth organisations across the county.
