WEEE Regulations

As part of our sustainable procurement agenda Procurement Lincolnshire are committed to ensuring we operate an environmentally responsible supply chain. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require any supplier who imports, rebrands or manufactures electrical and electronic equipment to follow specific obligations around disposal and product marking.

If you work with or supply electrical or electronic devices or think you may be affected by the WEEE regulations please refer to the Environment Agency’s factsheet. Going through this guide will help clarify whether or not you are subject to the WEEE regulations and, if so, what steps you will have to take to fulfil your obligations.
