Firefly - Contract Management

Firefly is the new contract management system for Lincolnshire County Council which will be used to collect contracts data, manage frameworks and support best practice contract management across the organisation.

The system is now being launched and in the first phase of the roll-out will be used as the new way of recording contracts on the corporate contracts register. As per the Contract Procurement and Procedure Rules any contract with an annual value of £25,000 or a total value of over £75,000, or any consultancy contract regardless of value must be entered into the register. To do so you should now use Firefly to record the contract information. If you are not already registered to use the system please contact firefly.support@lincolnshire.gov.uk for instructions and guidance.
