CWT – Portal Changes:

The full migration to CWT Portal 4.0 will take place on 18th July. Lincolnshire travellers and bookers who access CWT Portal via the existing access point will now be redirected to CWT Portal version 4.0 and prompted to update logon information, verify email and set personal security questions. On completion of these brief steps, reset all bookmarks to access CWT Portal via the new URL - detailed instructions are available on the Downloads tab.

What are the primary benefits?

  • Security – a more stable application with more secure, market standard SSO protocols.
  • Future enhancements – the new platform will allow future traveller service enhancements and client level customisation.

Do I need to set up any new details?

Existing bookers will need to follow the instructions to get access to the new Portal (attached on the Downloads tab) however your profile detail will be saved and accessible on the new platform.

Is further training required?

Once registered no training is required for existing users, as the main functionality is very similar to the current product.
