PHS Hygiene - Washroom Services

Some schools and other service areas within the Council may have been contacted recently by PHS Hygiene (Supplier for Washroom Services) advising them that they will now be expected to pay for their services by Direct Debit.
 
You may not be aware, but there is a dealing direct framework agreement via ESPO which enables us to purchase these same services from PHS at usually better rates by using this framework.  Therefore if you have received a letter from PHS regarding Direct Debits, please can you in the first instance email jeanpearce@phs.co.uk and inform her of your schools name/service name address and postcode and she will be able to swap your contract over to the framework with ESPO, in turn securing you better rates and also eliminating the need to pay by Direct Debit.
