Improved support for Konica Minolta MFDs

LCC now benefits from an improved support service for all of its multi-functional devices (MFDs - combined printer / photocopier / scanner / fax machines). This technical support service, provided by Mouchel, comes as Konica Minolta becomes a preferred supplier of all such devices.
Products from different suppliers can still be kept and used for the devices’ lifetime, but if you’re looking to make a new or replacement purchase, Konica devices are the only ones with a full support agreement in place covering networking, technical and hardware support, provided by both Mouchel and the supplier.
Over the next few weeks, sites with existing devices will receive an information pack and support stickers for each Konica MFD on site. Sites will be asked to identify print champions for the devices, who, ideally, should be from the local business support team. Print champions will be responsible for quick fixes and also for reporting faults directly to the Mouchel IT helpdesk.
This agreement gives users a single point of contact for all support.
Consumables such as toner and staples should be ordered direct from Konica Minolta, as before.
