Facilities Management

We provide complete facilities support service, including building, repair and maintenance, management of office accommodation and relocation programmes.

Our Repair and Maintenance services are delivered through a team of Premises Advisers, supported by helpdesk facilities and emergency maintenance response 24 hours a day for 365 days a year, incorporating a management recording and processing system for asset management purposes and for procuring maintenance works.  We also have experts in condition surveys.

Other facilities support services cover core activities such as accommodation management, cleaning, grounds maintenance, portable appliance testing, floor care and equipment repairs, audio visual resources and computer recycling and service contracts.  These high quality services also extend to on site support facilities including site monitoring and inspections to commissionaire, caretaker and porter services.
