Business Incubation and Innovation at Mercury House
Mercury House provides the ideal environment, support and opportunities for businesses to flourish and grow.
- Low start up cost – reduced/stepped rental package
- Easy-in / easy-out lease arrangements – two year lease (contracted out of the Tenants Act)

Criteria
Businesses will be selected on the following criteria:
- Must be start up business or infancy business (less than 12 months old), or, for innovation spaces the business must have a novel, new or innovative concept.
- Willingness to enter into the spirit of the incubator process (attending our events when feasible, and working together with other businesses).
- Have, (or have the potential to put in place) adequate resources to pay rent, salaries (if needed), and overheads.
- Must be able to provide references and a full business plan with cash flow forecast.
