In-depth investigation has identified 12 routes within our county where a high number of collisions have occurred.
These collisions have resulted in the death and serious injury of an unacceptable number of Lincolnshire road users. A range of measures are being employed that will help to improve each of the 12 routes.
These measures include:
- Increased Police presence at known problem locations
- New fixed and mobile safety camera sites
- Enhanced educational and information services
- New local safety schemes, including Improved road signing, Improved road markings, New engineering schemes
