Can a National Nature Reserve (NNR) also have other designations?

Yes, all NNRs also now have to be designated as Special Sites of Scientific Interest (SSSIs) and the SSSI selection may have slightly wider interest than the NNR interest.  In the case of woodlands it is also normal that woodland SSSIs are also Ancient Woodland.
