The Lincolnshire Limewoods Project was awarded a £700,000 Heritage Grant from the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The following organisations have also made financial contributions to the project:
- LincolnshireCounty Council
- Forestry Commission
- Natural England
- Environment Agency
From 2006-2008, the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust supported the Limewoods Project through the “Wildlife Corridors in the Lincolnshire Limewoods” Project, funded by Natural England’s Countdown 2010 Biodiversity Action Fund.
