The site has welfare facilities such as male and female changing rooms and drying rooms, as well as a kitchen area.

Local accommodation including breakfast and evening meal is available on request.

Lunches can be provided for all candidates and observers.

Transport to and from the site can also be provided.

Comfortable lecture rooms are available. Desks, whiteboards and projectors will be provided.
