The project to divide the large ground floor space in to 5 large offices was completed on the 8th March. The first tenant moved in on the 13th March. Dukes Sports Travel were the first to move in.
Yvonne Kent (ECO) congratulates Marcus Buckley-Bennion (Director of Dukes Sports Tours) on the tenancy of his new office.
The company have been tenants @ Eventus since June 2012 in a 443 sq.ft office. When Marcus knew that there was a chance to move to the ground floor he took the opportunity to take office 39 (566 sq.ft). The extra space suited Marcus, as he does have a lot of sports equipment to store. Yvonne was able to negotiate for a large storeroom to be built in to the suite. All but 1 of the offices were occupied by the end of March. Only 1 remains vacant (1162 sq.ft)
Yvonne (Enterprise centre Officer) said that she was thrilled with how the new offices have made good use of the space. The corridors are light and airy and are complimented by soft furnishings that the tenants can use as break out areas.

On Thursday 6th September 2012, Crista Cullen who is a member of the women’s GB Olympic Hockey team came to Eventus to visit Dukes Sport Travel Ltd. “Double Olympian and Olympic Bronze Medalist, Crista Cullen, is widely recognised as one of the best hockey defenders in the world”
