Conferences and Meetings

Named after Charles Hardwicke, the famous 17^th century explorer who came from Market Deeping and the River Welland that runs through the market town, our two air conditioned conferencing suites provide comfortable and modern facilities to suit a wide range of events. Digital equipment is available in both suites including HD digital projector, DVD player, computer with touch screen facilities and video conferencing

The suites can be booked per hour, half day or full days

We offer an on site cafe who are happy to provide refreshments and buffets for meetings, please see the cafe page for more details.

Welland Suite

A functional conference suite located on the 1st floor.
Available as a whole, or can be booked as 1 or 2 smaller rooms.
Total Size: 664 sq ft £125.00 per day.
Welland 1: 215 sq ft £50.00 per day
Welland 2: 432 sq ft £90.00 per day
Hourly and Half Day rates available on request.

Hardwicke Suite

Located on the 1st floor, offering complimentary stationery for delegates.
Total Size: 848 sq ft £140.00 per day
Hourly and Half Day rates available on request.

• Use of Digital Equipment, which includes an electric
• screen, High Definition Digital Projector, DVD player
• Computer and Touch Screen Facility
• Video conferencing
