The Spires and Steeples Trail is a 26 mile (43km) arts and heritage walking route running from Lincoln Cathedral to St Deny’s Church in Sleaford.
Nestled away in the heart of Lincolnshire, the Spires and Steeples trail runs via Scopwick and Washingborough providing users with views of churches and historical buildings.
The project has been developed in partnership between North Kesteven District Council, artsNK, and the County Council working closely with parish councils and community groups.
Whether it’s a short stroll or a more strenuous hike - the Spires and Steeples Trail has something for everyone! Passing through the rich and varied Lincolnshire landscape the trail features numerous art works many of which have been designed and made by local people.
