Countryside access and rights of way improvement plan
The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 places a duty on all Highway Authorities to produce a “Rights of Way Improvement Plan”.

The ROWIP is a five year strategic document covering the whole of Lincolnshire
To have an integrated network of rights of way that is relevant for today’s needs.
The ROWIP is being implemented under four themes, each with a strategic aim and supporting the wider social objectives of the County Council.
