Local Authority Searches

The Definitive Map and Statement is consulted to enable the County Council to respond to any local search enquiries regarding whether land or property is affected by any public rights of way. 

A local search will not provide information about public rights of way where the optional search question regarding public rights of way is not requested to be answered.
