Register of Deposits

Section 31A of the Highways Act 1980 requires that the County Council maintain an online register containing the details of all maps, statements and statutory declarations deposited with the authority under Section 31(6).

The register can be viewed on this webpage.  It contains information on all of the maps, statements and statutory declarations deposited with the County Council, and it is continually updated with any new deposits which are lodged with the Authority.  A hard copy of the register together with the actual deposits can be viewed at the office of the County Council’s Public Rights of Way & Countryside Access Section, which is situated at City Hall in Lincoln.  Viewing is by appointment only during normal office hours.

Searching the Register

To search the register, select the parish in which the area of land of interest lies using the A to Z of parishes list to the right.  If the parish you are searching for does not appear in the list, then no deposit has been received by the County Council for land within that parish.
