Multi-agency approach

Families Working Together is about a number of agencies coming together and pooling their resources to best meet the problems families face as a whole.

Key Workers are drawn from a number of different agencies to bring a range of skills and expertise to the team and to help families solve their problems.

Families Working Together could not be successful without the input and commitment from a host of different agencies in Lincolnshire.
