Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue (LFR) have a number of plans which are designed to ensure we can deliver our mission of ‘making Lincolnshire a safer place to live, work and visit’. The key plans include:
Integrated Risk Management Planning Baseline Document
Integrated Risk Management Planning (IRMP) is a holistic and flexible process that enables Fire and Rescue Authorities to identify, measure and mitigate the social and economic impact of fires and other emergencies. Its application helps to ensure we are well positioned to meet the duties and responsibilities placed on us by Government and deliver services to our communities which are properly focused on reducing risks. We produce a 3 year IRMP baseline document which outlines our assessment of key risks and the strategies we will adopt to mitigate those risks. It forms part of our overall IRMP process and provides the foundation on which to develop further detailed plans. Our current IRMP baseline document 20010-2013 can be found at the link to the left.
IRMP Annual Action Plan
The IRMP Action Plan is a consultation document which allows us to seek the views and opinions of our stakeholders on any proposed key changes to service delivery. Following consultation, actions are included in our annual Service Plan as appropriate. Our last annual action plan, on which consultation closed in January 2010, is available by clicking the picture to the left. Our next annual action plan will be available for consultation in November this year.
Service Plan
Our Service Plan provides the detail on how we deliver our strategies. It outlines our key objectives, outcomes and priorities and is the mechanism by which we manage our performance. It shows how we contribute to the achievement of the wider County vision and is updated annually to reflect any changes in our priorities. Our 2010/11 Service Plan is available by clicking the picture to the left.
